St Luke's Chapel

Designed in a simple gothic style, St Luke’s Chapel opened in 1865 and is named after the gospel writer St Luke, the patron saint of doctors. Since undergoing a full refurbishment in 2010, the chapel retains charming features such as its bell tower, pre-Raphaelite stained glass windows, beautiful parquet flooring, it’s a venue not to miss!

The main rectangular meeting room provides a flexible space for dinners, drinks receptions, talks, and meetings as well as small conferences and exhibitions. Fully accessible with AV and WiFi throughout, our in-house chefs provide a range of breakfast, lunch, and dining options.  Located on a historic site in a beautiful part of the city, it is only a short walk to the centre.

Combine it with the Examination Schools and Sheldonian Theatre for a large conference.

The Chapel worked brilliantly and the catering you provided for our drinks reception was just right. I would very much recommend St Luke’s as a fantastic venue space in the heart of the city.
